The Story:
Caro Mio Pizza is made using 25% whole grain flour and a 48 hour fermentation. We use farmers market produce whenever possible and pride ourselves on doing things the correct way, however long they take.
Started in 2023 by Jackson Baugh, Caro Mio Pizza began as a series of dinner parties. 12 folks, many strangers to each other, gathered around the work table in the bakery at Maury’s in Silver Lake, to enjoy freshly baked pizzas, salads, and plennnnty of wine. Things evolved to take-out and dine-in, change is constant.
Caro Mio is a difficult and adorable kitty, a true bad boy.
